The kit contains 4 polished ARP 12 point bolts to mount both of the the 2008 & UP Harley Touring front calipers to the forks and the six polished Allens for bolting the Caliper Halves together. It does not have pad pins. THIS KIT COVERS BOTH 2008 & UP HARLEY TOURING FRONT CALIPERS. These beautiful American Made flanged 12 point bolts are stronger than the factory 12 point bolts and install with a 12 point socket or wrench.
